Numbers you can hold against our promises.
Every quarter we publish the operating figures behind this business — how many people reached us, how many we delivered, how many we got wrong, how fast we answered, and how many asked us to stop. Definitions included, so the numbers can't hide behind the words.

Why publish
A promise you can't measure is a slogan.
This site makes specific claims: one firm per person, honest disqualification, credits applied before invoices, opt-outs processed within a business day. Each of those produces a number, and a company that means them should be willing to print the numbers — including the quarters where they slip.
The table below is the standing format. Figures shown are illustrative until our first full quarter is published; the definitions and commitments beneath it are in force from day one.

Sample figures shown to fix the format. They are internally consistent with the funnel published on our firm-facing pages, and will be replaced — not adjusted — by the first real quarter.
Methodology
The definitions do the honest work.
Most numbers in this industry are true and misleading at the same time. These rules are what keep ours from being either.
- An inquiry is a person, not a click. Impressions, visits, and abandoned first questions don't count. A duplicate submission from the same person in the same quarter counts once.
- Delivered means invoiced. The delivered figure equals the records firms were billed for. There is no separate "qualified" number that quietly exceeds it.
- Credits count against us. The credit rate includes every credit issued, including ones granted as goodwill beyond the written policy.
- Speed to answer excludes nothing. Overflow, after-hours voicemail during staffed windows, and abandoned calls are in the denominator.
- Complaints are counted regardless of merit. If someone formally complained, it's in the number, resolved or not, justified or not.
- Restatements are visible. If a published figure was wrong, the correction appears in the next report with the original struck through — not silently replaced.
Publication commitments
The report itself has rules.
Within 30 days of quarter end
Published here, every quarter, on the same page, with the archive intact.
The uncomfortable rows never disappear
Credit rate, opt-outs, and complaints are permanent columns. A bad quarter changes the numbers, not the table.
Same definitions, or a visible change log
If a definition changes, the report says so, says why, and shows the prior-quarter figure both ways.
Anyone can ask about any figure

The promises these numbers answer to.
Five for people in crashes, seven gates for the firms we serve. The report exists so both can check.
