Thirty-eight states. Honestly listed.

Six anchor metros get dedicated creative and local intake staffing. Statewide programs cover the rest — always through a firm licensed in the venue. And where we aren't active yet, this page says so, because a directory that only lists the good news isn't a directory.

Where we're deepest.

Dedicated local creative, intake agents trained on the market, and a hard cap on how many firms we serve — which is why some anchors show a waitlist.

The form accepts every state. If yours isn't active, the person who calls tells you plainly and points you to your state bar's free lawyer referral service — that's promise three, applied to geography.

You still have good options today.

  • Every state bar association runs a free lawyer referral service — search "your state bar lawyer referral."
  • The steps in our after-a-crash guide apply everywhere: get examined, document everything, and don't give the other insurer a recorded statement yet.
  • Deadlines exist in every state, active or not — confirming yours with a licensed attorney costs nothing and can't wait.

We'd rather point you somewhere useful than pretend to cover a state we don't. Firms interested in opening one of these states: start here.

Your state is question four.

Answer them and you'll know where you stand — including, honestly, if the answer is "not us."
